I've bought an S500 for myself and several others for my clients but if I don't get any response from Fujitsu I'm going to have to say I will not recommend their products anymore based solely on their terrible customer support. Why is it that this company refuses to help their customers who invested $400 per unit when clearly it involves no cost on their part? Just release whatever driver the customer wants if that's what it takes for the unit to function.

I wish I could even call back and say I have an S300 but I don't have a serial number that would pass for that unit. She took my contact information and said she couldn't make any promises so at this point I would have to say it's looking bleak. She said that only the S300 and S510 have Vista 圆4 support and all she could do was put a request forward to her boss concerning the issue.
